Welcome to Ohana! We're so excited to open the gates for an amazing weekend of live music and fun! Your VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers perks will help you make the most of your weekend with relaxed seating, a private bar, and more!
We’ve compiled this guide to help you take full advantage of everything VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers has to offer. We’ve also included essential info on our general festival details. BEFORE THE FESTIVAL
How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door.
For the safety of you and others, Ohana does not permit same day re-entry once your ticket has been scanned. This means, once you exit the festival, you can not re-enter on the same day.
Please come prepared with everything you will need for the day.
The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, grass, and sand so choose your footwear accordingly.
Please review our Bag Policy and Permitted and Non-Permitted items HERE to be sure your belongings will be permitted into the festival grounds.
VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers Wristbands
Please do not forget your Ohana Festival RFID VIP wristband, this is your ticket to the event.
You should begin receiving your VIP wristbands shortly.
If you have not yet received your wristband in the mail or an email that your wristband will be available for pick up at will call by Sept 10th, you can contact Front Gate Ticketing Support with your order number for tracking and more information HERE.
Will Call
If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.
Wristband Activation
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate. Activate your wristband here.
GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL
VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers Shuttle Access
As a VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers ticketholder you will have complimentary roundtrip access to the Ohana Shuttle.
A digital print pass will be emailed to the address provided in your Front Gate Tickets account approximately a week out from the festival. If you have not yet received your print pass at that time, please reach out to Front Gate Ticketing at: Order-Support@frontgatetickets.com (please include your VIP order # in your email)

Shuttles will begin running at 11:00 am Friday - Sunday (1 hour prior to festival Doors)

VIP PRESENTED BY OWEN'S CRAFT MIXERS AT THE FESTIVAL
VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers ticket holders will enter at the dedicated VIP entrance. You can view this location on the festival map HERE.
VIP gift bags and Ohana Beach Towels will be available for pick up just inside the VIP entrance in the VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers Lounge at the tent labeled “VIP Redemption | Customer Service.”
You will need the name and photo ID of the ticket purchaser in order to pick up your VIP Bag and Towel. (If you are not the original ticket purchaser, please bring a photo of the purchaser’s ID for pick up).
Once inside the VIP Presented by Owen's Craft Mixers Lounge you can enjoy:
- Comfortable areas to sit and relax with shaded cabanas, VIP bleacher seating, hammocks, and beachside lounge seating. All seating is available on a first come-first serve basis.
- Your complimentary drink will be available for redemption at the VIP BAR in the VIP Lounge. You can redeem this by simply scanning your VIP wristband.

- Visit the ‘Gourmet Bites’ tent during designated hours for complimentary hor'dourves.
(additional food options available for purchase within the lounge)
- Premium, air-conditioned restrooms
- Visit the Wander Wagon to take your complimentary Ohana Festival keepsake photos
- Complimentary Vegan Ice Cream will be available from Vedder’s Sweets *while supplies last
- Complimentary Acai Bowls will be available from Sambazon *while supplies last
- VIP Lockers and Mobile charging stations are available for rent within the VIP Lounge
- Enjoy a drink in the VIP Beach with live streams to view the concert while you sit and relax with your feet in the sand
- Visit the dedicated VIP Merchandise store in the VIP Lounge for a quick and easy merch shopping experience
